18-19 Nelson Reads: One Book, One Community
about 1 month ago
It's that time, again! It's time for the third annual Nelson Reads: One Book, One Community program, sponsored by Susan Huffman and the Nelson Memorial Library! Each school was provided with 12 beautiful books to read and the students will vote on their favorites. After the first round of voting, they will then create artwork that is inspired by the top 6 books and participate in another round of voting to determine the one favorite book for the community.
Following is an introduction to the program by Mrs. Huffman, introductions to the TRES library and the RRES library by Mrs. Thompson and Mrs. Johnson, respectively, and recordings of each book. We hope you enjoy listening to our books for Nelson Reads: One Book, One Community for the 2018-2019 school year!
